hi all,

i gotta hunch that the vendor has a set of Campagnolo Xenon brake levers (lower spec late 80's to early 90's) as they have greenish/black plastic levers or maybe an early version of the Campagnolo Mirage brake levers (also plastic). the white hoods offered with the items in question i figure are probably replacement hoods common from the mid 80's and on.

i had seen a pair listed on ebay some time ago and quite rightly they went for very small coin. they had neither the charm of a set of plastic mafac guidonnet's, the mojo of the 1st gen carbon sugino 75's or the purity of any pre '85 campag record levers.

i will bet my 2-tone blue suede detto pietro's that the mystery levers aren't some super rare Super Record brake lever or within the CR list cut off period.

ciao

p.s.

are these one and the same?
