That doesn't change the fact that the paint job is less than ideal.

According to the description, the frame was refinished at D+D Cycles in San Leandro. All I have to say is that it's typical work from Drip+Delay.

It's odd ... they do great paint for their regular customers (local framebuilders), but when they do a repaint or a restoration (when they're actually getting paid MORE), the end-product almost always seems to be lacking somehow.
