Offered for sale, a very nice 231/2" Frank Lipscome no 3 frame. It has rear facing drop outs, with reinforcements and an undrilled seat stay bridge. Round section forks and ornate fork crown. 531. Nervex lugs and shell. Over all the brazing and lug work is very good, very neat and very clean. Myself and others suspect that the frame was most probably build by Ephgrave. (Hillary had a look and he was of this opinion too.)
The original paint is still there and would clean up although I would personally prefer to restore it. Any question please ask. photos will be available. $120 plus post at cost.
