Subject: [CR]ca. 1970 Falcon San Remo graphics?

I'm finally restoring my trusty Falcon San Remo (and spending way more than it's worth in the process...too bad those frames don't fetch more..they're actually quite nice). It was made in about 1970. I'm having it painted the Falcon baby blue with a white dt panel, red lettering, thin red stripes at the chrome/paint and panel borders.

My main question concerns the seat-tube graphics. As in, were there any? And if so, what? One I saw on ebay awhile back--same vintage as mine--had a small white rectangular graphic about 2/3 down the seat-tube, but I couldn't see what was on it, since the pic was too distant.

I'm inclined to leave the seat-tube plain, with no graphics at all, unless I can verify what would have been put on a frame of this vintage.

Perhaps our UK members have some insight on this...I'd appreciate any and all input I can get.

Other details that are unclear: I am not completely clear on what would have been appropriate for the chrome/paint border on the stays in this color scheme: would it have been world-stripes? Or just a red stripe? Also, would the head-tube have been contrasting? I've seen them just blue, like the rest of the frame, with no contrasting panel.

I'm pretty clear on everything else. Just those these details are ambiguous.

Thanks in advance for your help.
