Speaking of bike books, (though this is a bit off-topic), does anyone know the name of the book by the Irish gal who rode to India (I think it was in the 1920s)? Great book, really well written, though it'd be a great read even if it'd been poorly written - just for the amazing fact of a woman by herself riding across Eastern Europe, Turkey, Iraq, Persia, Afghanistan and Pakistan when there were hardly any paved roads on the whole trip! I read it years ago and would love to own a copy, get to read it again.

Got a copy of _The_Dancing_Chain_ for Christmas, with a personal autograph mentioning me by name even. Don't know how my beloved stoker-for-life found out how to do that!
