This frame is more likely a "John Howard" frame MADE by Dave Moulton. Moulton made some John Howard labled frames as did Dave Tesch back in the mid eighties. I painted the Tesch built frames that had John Howard decals on them. They are silver metallic base color with a candy apple fade on the front of the bike in red, blue, purple, and one other color I can't recall. I don't believe there were a whole lot of these frames made.

My report from Velo Rendezvous crashed in my email system. I have to
rewrite the report which will take some time. I've got a TON of work to
attend to. I just realized I have 50 jobs in the shop right now! That's
a lot of work for one person to deal with. That doesn't include the 15
frames on order.
