Hi all,

This is a follow up about Wright Brothers bicycles. According to their company records, they only made 180 total in the early part of the century. Only 5 of these have been found. They later sold the company to the W.F Meyers Company who continued to make the Van Cleve brand until the 1930s. The Wright Brothers were fanatical about keeping records, so I suspect that these numbers are accurate.

These entries were from the Wright ledgers, they were produced by the Wright Cycle Company. The WF Meyers bicycles were not included in the 180. They just carry the Van Cleve name and are not Wright produced bicycles.

I am sure there are existing Van Cleves produced by WF Meyers.
