You take a piece of tape, rub it onto the decal and them lift. As with many things, I start with the "mildest" form and progress to more drastic measures: i.e. start with Scotch tape, then try masking tape and then duct tape. The duct tape seems to remove most anything, sometimes including little flecks of paint, so use caution and go slowly. Cheers, Fred Rednor - Arlington, Virginia
