I was looking in a casual way for a Stout and never saw the one that you bought, Rod. I have ridden with a woman in Longmont who owns one a few times though and it is a very nice bike. I saw the Paramount display and agree with you. They were very nice and all 24" frames as I recall. I really liked the yellow one in front with the original sales brochure attached at $1500. Peter did indeed buy the Peugeot you mentioned at less than $175 at the very end after we had packed our things. Peter is a bit tall with curly dark hair, the Coppi was black, so if that is what you saw then you have seen Peter. I was tempted by the Lenton and the Holdsworth at the end but reason overcame emotion and I came home with money in my pocket. I already have a tandem so the tandems were not a temptation but there were several nice ones including a 1971 Jack Taylor, light grey and priced at $2215. I don't think that it sold. There was also a Schwinn Collegiate which reminded me of the first tandem that my wife and I rode. That we survived and still wanted a tandem is a testimony to the fun that can be had on a tandem.
