The bidder mentions "You are bidding on a 1964 Bianchi Specialissima Team model frameset."

The team bike I saw from the sixties didn't have a "Specialissima" decal and didn't have a headbadge, but did have a head tube decal. Also the "Made in Italy" is a sticker and not a decal, so would not come on a set of Bianchi decals. Also the same "Made in Italy" sticker was used by different Italian bike manufacturers.

I'm sure if anyone emailed the seller, Alex Foster, he could tell you all about the frame he is selling on eBay.
