Tom--- I made the remark in jest, followed by: (let's see what that stirs up, or something similar) I hope that most of the list took it as it was intended--- a pun at the sensitivity of the Celeste affectionados, that most of recognize exists. --- I must admit that it took me awhile to accept and appreciate the Celeste color ( I believe there are 3 or 4 different ones). I felt that the bike in question and the subject of the decal discussions, was an extremely beautifully done example of the Marque.
I offer my appology for offending you, and anybody else who took the remark the way you did.

If that paint is in lousy taste, as someone recently stated, will you all note that I, too, have "lousy taste" as I think it looks great! I think we may disagree on colors (I know I often do) but such comments on others tastes are not appropriate for list communications.
