Agree with Dale that Gipiemme is a likely candidate. Gipiemme had at least two crank arms that I am aware of that had the double, or split, slots in the arms. Gipiemme's Sprint was a lower line, similar to (both visually and component level) to Campy's Gran Sport. There was also a higher line (Special?) that was more like Campy's Super Record, but with milled slots through the spider arms. A nicer look than Campy, IMHO. On both models, there is a Gipiemme logo in the flat between the slots on the arms.
