<< Sifco brush plating machine? The guy I work for has one and has agreed to let me use it. It will plate most surfaces with Nickel, chrome etc. It uses specially shaped electrodes covered in a cloth boot which picks up and deposits metal solutions. Great for lugs or pedal barrels etc. May even be possible to repair small patches on a dropout or stay? Does Anodizing too. I'm looking for any one with knowledge or experience in their use. I wonder if this is like the process that equipment the people who plate small parts on automobiles use... I think the fad has diminished, but at one time in the recent past you saw Lexus and prestige cars getting various medallions and exterior trim parts plated with gold, etc. The process was done out of a truck; the entrepeneur-owners of these small businesses traveled to car dealerships and did the work in the parking lot.
