The bike could be any of many smaller Italian frame builders, perhaps a Casati. Campagnolo has never built any frames that I know of, however there have been quite a few built for them when they looked after race support. This bike in particular is most definitely a bike from the 70's. It was probably owned by some triathlete who want a lightweight bike that was also aerodynamic, hence the drillium cranks and fairing. The parts alone are worth more than the present price with 4 hours to go. Given the filing and drilling of some of the parts, I wouldn't really want to ride it without knowing who rode it previously, but that is my own personal viewpoint.
