FWIW...I've had a pair of these mystical levers in my parts box for a number of years. They are as the seller described...the holes do elongate in the bent portions of the lever. Although the Campag engraving lines up at the top of my levers, the impression is noticeably deeper on one of them.
They have shield logo gum hoods...splitting of course. Same logo on the band clamp. Please let me know if these are magical please...maybe I'll put them on a bike. If anyone wants pics, I'll try to borrow a camera.
