NITTO makes a stainless steel carrier which bolts beneath the seat in which a
folded tubular can be housed. I believe I've seen something similar on an old
Italian frame but can't place where. Its real pretty and is along the lines
of that touring bottle cage which Rivendell and Harris sell.
