I don't believe it's a C-Record crank reworked. It'd be hard to come up with those lines (not quite enough material to work with). I've seen other pics of cranks like this that were claimed to be Stronglight's too. Looks a bit like a Topline but I don't think that's what it is either. Perhaps it is a Stronglight.

Is this a reworked C-Record? I vaguely remember some Swiss companies (ICS?) did stuff like this. Stronglight, as the seller claims, seems dubious.
