I thought I might share a funny little tidbit with the CR list: as many of you probably saw on Ebay, Cyclo24 has a Legnano Cambio Corsa on Ebay that just finished at auction. Well, last night I bid on this bike and a few hours ago I received an email from Ken Denny telling me that the Legnano was a piece of crap, etc. In fact, here's his email to me:

Why bid upo that piece of garbage that woillcost over $2K to correctly restore. I can supply a better example for $1K with correct rims/hubs/saddle/mudguards/bar/stem. 1K if you are serious. ken denny Boston

Now, I had a bit of a correspondence with Kenny Denny a couple of weeks ago that was my first contact with him and it certainly left me with a less than complementary view towards him. Upon seeing the above email, I laughed, as it was pretty apparent what he was up to, but still, does Kenny Denny always paint such a flattering picture? Of course, Kenny Denny went on to win the bike at auction, in case you were wondering!!! Did, by chance, any other CR list members receive this email from Kenny Denny during the bidding? Just thought I'd pass this on, in case anyone might need this info for future dealings etc. with this character.
