Just to tie a couple of threads together....
One of the things that I like about eBay is that it gives me a chance to learn
about things that I'd have never heard of otherwise. Such is the case with
the Rene Andre (I'm missing the accents - sorry) frame

one of my standard TA searches. I've never heard of builder and I didn't find
anything at either the CR site or the searchable archives. It's not like
frames sized for 650b tires come around all of the time and ones that will
actually fit my vertically challenged self are rarer still.
So, can anyone shed some light on this frame or at least on the builder? It's
not like I really need another project hanging around but at the current level
of interest you never know.
