Thank You everyone on this list for such an education!!!!! Q: -My 89 Bianchi (veloce')(nearly out of list, but quite retro) has a sticker on the fork that says Columbus "foderi forcella" what the heck does that mean? The frame is Columbus special"tubi rinferzati"We established that is a mixed tubing & double butted.

This bike is purple and everyone thinks I must have special ordered it but it is a stock colour from that era...it was a n.o.s. bike i bought from a bike shop that changed hands in the 90's and found it lost in inventory.

Any othe input or advice?
