I don't think Bill built any in the '84-'94 period that I was there. I was the only custom frame builder left when I quit; at that point there was one other guy, who did the limited production frames - he presumably took over making the custom steel frames. Shortly thereafter they hired a Ti welder. I believe I heard Bill did spend some time in the frameshop after I left, but we haven't really stayed in touch.
