Been a member of the iBOB's for a while, thought I'd sign up to ask if you have any ideas about a frameset I spied in my local used bike dealers place.
It's a Roger De Vlaeminck (Spelling?) Orange, very (to my eyes) elaborate lugs with hearts cutout in the points and a cutaway bb shell. bb still in place, all seems to be structurally sound frame wise. the paints pretty bad an some decals are missing (headbadge) and of course there is some rust.
Any idea about who made these frames that the Belgian Paris Roubaix terror then put his name on?
It's too small for me, 52 or so, but I might make him an offer and have it cleaned up if it's worth my while, ie if it is sorta special.
