Peter,

My records indicate the bike was made before april 15, 1990 and left the paint shop June 20, 1990.

It was originally constructed as a Masi 3V Track frame for Eddy B's Team Montgomery. Hence the "EB" serial number.

The original color was white with green, orange, and yellow fades on the main tubes.
