Hi.Mark,
      Can't tell you much about the frame, but I have the info on the; It's a class of chrome-moly Vitus classified as 30cd4. It's wall thickness is .8mm straight gauge,the fork, if 29x 16 is 1.2mm tapering to 1.5mm, if 28x17.5 there 1.2mm. the chain stays are 1mm along with the seat stays. Although Vitus dosn't state I tend to think it's seamed tubing since it was the same spec as the 181 which was .8 .6 .8 double butted and seamed.
