Looks like it might have been stolen--locked frame destroyed for parts value. But who would lock a bike with such valuable componentry?

Hello Kerriga and all,

Would it be better to have not locked the bike? Otherwise I remember a stuck crank that was on the Rivendell site/cat/reader that got this treatment. Is Grant Peterson the seller? I don't if he steals many bikes but these are hard times in the bike biz. I know but I'm making an effort to cut back.
