Hey, if you want one, I can send you one... I replaced them all the second I saw an AVA stem on my bikes. They were a bad design, with the stem pulling the "plug" up through the neck, and the metal that made up the stem wasn't strong enough to deal with the pressure, therefore the stem fractured and broke out of the headtube... got it?
