Not the one you are thinking of (Kingsberry) but another one of Britains quirky frame designs of the late 40's. The Waller Kingsbury basically its a cross between a twin tube Saxon Paramount and a Baines VS 37 having vertical twin taper tube laterals as opposed to the single tube vertical in the Baines design. Kingsbury details Head 73 seat 71 wheelbase 40" bracket height 11" top tube 22.5" these dimensions are for a 23" frame. Somewhere in my fathers treasure trove is a drawing for this frame Reg. Design No.856767 by R. K. Taylor 6th. November 1948. Believe the shop was in Dalston East London. When I was working for the Houses of Parliament Printing works in the mid 80's there was a postman who occasionally rode pass in the early hours on his way to work at the Borough sorting office on a Waller. There were about 20 really keen cyclists at the printing works trying to buy it from him! Photos on CR site.
