Tom Sanders outed the following ebay auction:

> No connection to seller,

I visited Bernard Croyet in his shop in Bourg en Bresse back in the early 80's. He treated me really well and had great memories about the times that he came over to this side of the Atlantic. We also had a great time swapping stories about Jocelyn Lovell, who he had ridden with. One story told was about how a Campagnolo crank wrench was all that was needed to dismount a Volkswagen Beetle engine. Does anybody know if that is true?

Croyet was also quite forward looking. He was the first to come out with dedicated sun-glasses for cycling (way before Oakley and Rudy Project...) and synthetic toe-clips. I used both and they were both grreat items, unfortunately he never got any credit for these products.

I am working on 20 year old memories, but I seriously doubt that Croyet rode the size frame offered in the auction. If I remember correctly, he was my size and would therefore have been hard-pushed on anything bigger than a 60 cm. Furthermore the other details of this frame are also not period correct for the 1974-78 period. I believe this is a sham.
