I have recently acquired a Tesh track bike. In fact the one outed a couple of weeks ago here. I cannot make heads or tales of the serial number(081003) is there some cryptic secret I should be able to infer from the serial number? Also is there a source for new Tesch Decals? I have not seen any post from Dave in several months, is he still out there?
