At the risk of reigniting the Great Ebay Outting Debate, thanks for "sharing" the bike with us. I missed it because I glaze over anything with Schwinn in the header. I think a primary benefit of outting bikes like this Wastyn (or Paramount or BSA)is to keep them from becoming bikes like the Drysdale outted earlier. Not wishing to sound elitist, clubby or snobbish, but I think those who read the postings on this list have an appreciation for these bikes that would prevent them from doing a "restoration" like that seen on the Drysdale. Hopefully, a sympathetic CR member will bring it home, and maybe, instead of referring to them as eBay outtings we can think of them as eBay rescues.
