Hi Chuck, If it's the article titled "As Light as Air" by John Derven, then it's in the May 1990 issue. It features some parts that have been milled and drilled to an incredible degree, as well as some of the standard lightweight parts of the 70's. Having dug it out, I went ahead and scanned the article, if anyone is interested in a copy. And if Mark Bulgier is still out there, maybe I can send copies for inclusion in his archive? I also scanned a nice article from the April '96 issue titled "The Art of Steel". It's a quick look at the differences between joining tubes via lugs, fillets, and tig'ing. Included are some shots of Peter Weigle doing lugs, and John Slawta doing fillets.
