Hello All I believe that Mr Joynt has had a serious lapse in memory, Cycling Plus have featured Hetchins on various occasions over the last 10 years, each time David Miller's address AND telephone details have been printed.
In addition to this I have a copy of Cycling Today dated FEB 2000, this magazine featured most of the English classic frame builders include Hetchins from David Miller from Preston. Whilst Mr Joynt may deny knowledge of this magazine it also includes an advert for OMEGA Cycle Works. Are we to believe that Mr Joynt doesn't check magazine that run there advertisements?
As Mr Joynt has mentioned that he was a pupil of Ron Cooper I would find it unbelieveable if he had not consulted Ron about build these frames. I am certain that Ron would have know about David Miller and Hetchins, should Ron deny this I will ask.
