Okay, your example Greg. I don't lose things, mundane things, because they are outed by the CR list. I lose the mundane things because I'm outbid by people not on the CR list. We are talking mundane things here, right? Many different auctions won by people with _very_ low feedback. Outed by the CR list? Nope.

Anything of interest outed on the CR list is something pretty unusual and rare or desirable. That's what we are talking about here Greg. Nobody outs mundane things.
