hello all,

thinking of trying out some stitched leather bar tape on a set of bars for a new build. something similar to the below auction ....

any other sources for these? (different colors?)

any brands or manufacturers to look for?

should i use a spray adhesive in the prep before stitching?

any tips or tricks for fitting them?

are they just swanky-chintzy or do they serve their purpose well?

the bike in question comes from an era when these stitched leather bar wraps were used in their catalogue examples and ive always liked their aesthetic but i have never owned or used them. if i could recall the details correctly i think the ones i saw in a few images were made by almarc(?).

any $0.02c is appreciated
