You pretty much have it covered Greg.

The only one I can think of is ETA (Ergal Titanio Avional - Italy). They made Ti and aluminum Campy-replacement stuff; the usual OMAS stuff like brake hardware and Ti center bolts plus some of the more obscure stuff like all the seat post hardware, aluminum hub axles (!?) and the QR cam for the calipers and cable adjuster. (I think the aluminum rear axle would break on the first ride.)

My Confente has all that stuff applied (Mario had the ETA stuff for sale at his shop when he was in East L.A.).
