Flaming of CyclArt....Warning to potential buyers of a pair of 40-year-old Cinelli rollers....what's this list coming to?

Newsflash, guys....rollers are quieter now than they were 40 years ago! And by the way, bicycles are much better now too, so don't ride 40 year old bicycles with old brakes and wheels and brazed lugs. They could be hazardous and quite dangerous. Better buy a modern bike and be safe.

This is a forum to celebrate old cycling parts and accessories. The Cinelli rollers are collectible and cool. They're up for auction. If you dig em...place a bid. If you don't like them, don't bid on them.

I'm all for warning people about safety issues like the aluminum fork on Lambert/Viscount bikes from the 70's, but auditory damage from someone's old rollers...give me a break.

Time to go jump on the rollers....
