Evening Ladies & Gentlemen,

In my ongoing attempt to liquidate "projects" which I will most likely never finish I offer the following:

1) 1974 Raleigh Super Tourer: 54cm (c-t); 57cm (tt); Full Reynolds 531 DB frame and fork; Huret adjustable dropouts; Included is a new original headset (fairly generic for all "better" Raleighs of this period); THE original crankset (Stronglight 93 w/chainguard) in excellent condition, a NEW Stronglight BB, and the original saddle (if you really want to use it!!!). The frame is in pretty nice shape with no dents or dings, and all decals are intact (Reynolds stickers on the forks are a bit scratched). I can list what the original parts were, but this bike would be fine with any period correct parts (IMO). $285.00 shipped (U.S.).

2) 1983/84 Raleigh Road Ace (made in England); 57cm (c-t); 56cm (tt); Reynolds 531C w/Gipiemme dropouts; This frame was designed during the "aero" period, and was intended for Shimano AX components. I have ALL parts for this frame and they will be included. Most are used, but in excellent condition and some are new!! DA AX crankset w/BB and pedals (used - exc); DA shift levers (look new); DA front and rear derailleurs (look new); DA & 600 AX seatposts (used - good); 600 EX headset (looks new); DA AX hubset (very good) w/cassette (looks new); DA AX stem (NIB); Nitto Aero bars (nice shape and very interesting); Dia Compe Aero Gran Compe brakeset (like new); I will include appropriate rims (clincher or tubular - your choice) a saddle and even a new chain!!! The frame is in pretty good shape (no dings, dents, etc) but the down tube Raleigh decals were removed (by me) as a few of them were only "partials." These decals however were only individual block letters, so it shouldn't be too difficult to find suitable substitutes. All you'll need will be tires and cables and tape (and the time - the one thing I'm lacking!!!).

$425.00 (shipped - U.S.).

Cheers,

Chuck Brooks
