You missed a few key details with the pictures: The rear triangle bridges,
the bb shell, more lug detail (top and bottom). If that is an undrilled fork
crown that appears original to the bike, I would say it's a Windsor (pending
bb shell id) because I haven't seen a Cinelli Pista yet, that didn't have
24mm round fork blades.
