The curl of the Curt lugs are reminescent of those on my '78 Motobecane Gran Record. I think those may have been Vagner lugs(?). However, Curt's long points are Italianesque. All in all, quite nice Curt. I always liked cutouts in lugs, a nice touch! It's too bad that all the major (production) framemakers no longer have a lugged fork crown; the current fork crowns (if you can call them that) look like mountain bike refugees. (ugh!)
