It'd pretty hard to imagine that the steerer to be bent and nothing else is! Take a few well focussed digi pics of it, from the side and perhaps sighting down it... Let me look at it..I may be able to straighten it for you. Pay the shipping to me & I will do it as a Christmas present... Mark, did your fork ride OK once you got it back together?
