The frame and the decal definitely exist, and I've seen others like it. The frame in question is in fact a mid 80's Falcon "Harrier" that I'm in the process of building up as a fixed-gear for my wife. The 453 decal looks pretty authentic to me, and as I indicated, I've seen at least one other identical frame locally. I have a pic of the decal, so if anyone would like to see it let me know and I'll send it. I'll also try and post load it on my ImageStation site later today.
