(I think we talked about all this and had pictures, rtc,. within the last year?) I used to be a skeptic about those concerns too. I thought the warnings were overdone because I sold a truck load of those bikes in the early 1970s and never saw a single breakage...

BUT, this past year Ken Toda brought in a Lambert fork he disassembled and upon examining the mechanics of it, I was astounded at how "jack leg" the engineering concept was! It truly is a miracle that my customers didn't bite it, big time!

So, I join the chorus now by saying "For display only!"
