Well, my commuters are either a Trek 520, current issue, with fenders and
rack (topeak BASKET rack for major geek factor) and more flashing blinkers
and lights than the average UFO from Zeta Reticuli. Alternate commuter is a
Medici "Pro Strada" with a shimano / suntour / barcon / freewheel component
mix that is totally out of the junk box but works well. My commute is 6
hilly miles across Bainbridge Island to the ferry, where I park at the
Bainbridge Bike Barn http://www.kitsaptransit.org/
As for Techno Tubo Torino, I remember this being pronounced as "Triple T" which is quick, unique, and rolls easily off the tongue! I can't STAND hearing somebody on the radio say "visit our website at doubleyou, doubleyou, doubleyou dot..." so I concatenate that to "triple-dub" and again, it works well.... but some people still don't get it!
