When I worked a a bike shop we always had problems getting a metric socket that was non-OEM to work on Campy and TA arm bolts. The solution was to take a cheap metric socket and grind it down until it fit properly. Otherwise, Campy arm bolt removal tools go for $15-20 USD on ebay. If price is not a concern and you want to save the hassle, ebay may be the best way to go...
