It's all in how it's presented. If the seller tells you the hoods are NOS or takeoffs from long ago and you pay your 60 or so dollars then it is forgery and you've been had. If the seller (as in this case) tells you it's a reproduction and it is priced accordingly it should be no problem as you've paid for and received a reproduction part. On the other hand: There are two distinct sides to the problem. Campagnolo may not be happy in either case. They may not see a forgery as any different from an unauthorized repro as both are done without license and they have no control over the product and receive no monetary gain from its manufacture. Campagnolo should nip this in the bud and either make replacement parts themselves or license someone else to.
