Carsten is indeed a guy -- and a very nice one at that. Sometimes, his wife Orchideen helps with the e-mails. Carsten is very knowledgeable, and I would find it difficult to believe that he doesn't understand the difference between a tublular and a clincher. It is perhaps, as Chuck suggested, a language thing.
