i dont have a pair of campy "sport" cranks in hand, but its probably safe for me to assume that they are 116mm bcd as is standard for most steel 3-arm cranks of that era... assuming that to be the case, you can mount either ta "professionnel" 3-pin chainwheels directly to the crankarms (though this will likely give you only a single chainring, as most steel 3-arm cranks ive seen are set up to accept chainwheels only on the front side of the spider) or, alternatively, you could attach a ta ref:173 "adapteur", which would then allow you to mount double ta "criterium" 152mm bcd chainwheels. see http://www.blackbirdsf.org/magpie/ta/ta-mag,html for an illustration of this setup on magistroni 3-arm cranks...
