This incident made the local TV news this morning. The sight of Chad, in his Campy cap, rubbing the back of his neck as he explained how he was hit from behind by a 2X4, saddened me deeply. My heartfelt condolences go out not only to Chad, Larry and their staff, but also to the other members of the community who have suffered needlessly from such senseless and selfish acts. I'm sure I speak for all the local cycling community when I offer our support and assistance in any way that might be helpful.
