It's time to announce the new owner of Bicycle Classics - its Alan Schaeffer - owner of Ordinary Bike Shop in Danielson CT. Product offerings for the new Bicycle Classics are posted on the web site http://www.bicycleclassics.com
Hours will be Tuesday and Thursday 8AM-1PM Eastern Time. Tuesday April 9 will be the first day of new hours. Note that the liquidation of inventory that will not be making the move to the east coast will also continue on the Bicycle Classcis web site for a few more weeks too.
Alan is a pleasure to work with and he is well known for his wonderful concour bicycle prep. He will be a great resource and he's very excited to help his fellow vintage lightweight enthusiasts.
As for myself, I'm looking forward to a new career path - and also excited that now maybe I'll have time to finally work on my own projects. So many strange French bikes and so little time...
