All of these topics you mentioned have been covered on the list already. Yes, lots of postings on French and English bikes. I have posted on Path Racers (Road Track bikes); my Gillott and Mercian. I have posted many times about my Team Peugeots from the mid 1970s. Much has been posted about Hetchins and even Holdsworth. Much has been posted about Alex Singer and Rene Herse.

I have made a practice of saving the posts with historical info; my folder has 271 posts I have saved from the CR list alone. Posts from Hilary Stone, Ken Denny, Takao Noda, Brian Baylis, Aldo Ross, Bob Reid, etc.
